Cancellation Policy

Please note that we take a £100 deposit on all aesthetic treatment bookings to validate credit card numbers and to cover the cost of the pre-paid prescription. Bookings cancelled up to 24 hours before your booking will be refunded the £100. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of your booking will be charged at the full price. **Please note that bookings made for a block of sessions need to be paid in full at the time of booking. Once you've booked your first appointment date, you will book the next one with your therapist on a day.
