A truly Rejuvenating Experience ! From start to finish, my Contouring Face Lift was nothing short of exceptional! the moment I stepped into the serene, spa-like environment, I knew I was in for a treat. The soft lighting, calming scents and gentle music set the perfect tone for relaxation. Even the treatment bed and blanket were fabulously comfortable. the facial itself was the best I've ever had. from start to finish, Cristina's skill and knowledge helped me understand how everything she was doing was improving my skin and my face. the proof was in the pudding after arriving home my two daughters and even my husband said I looked younger and my skin was glowing! I will be having these on a regular basis and thanks to the excellent pricing, I can afford to ! Thank you Cristina and Aga xx  

Contouring Drainage Massage 

I had a Body Contouring Massage with Cristina and it was just amazing!! She knew what she was doing, she was very professional and the results were fabulous !! My tummy was not bloated anymore, my whole body just felt lighter! Really recommend this treatment and lovely Cristina ! Will definitely be back for more !

Sound Bath Class

I have attended several Incredible Sound Baths at NOVA. Such a relaxing experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to melt away the stress of their everyday life. My whole body feels as if it has had a complete reset. 

Waxing and Brow Lamination

I went to NOVA Wellness Clinic the other day for some waxing and eyebrow lamination. The clinic is beautiful, you feel very relaxed and well looked after. Abbie, the therapist, was very professional and lovely. The owner Aga showed me around the Infrared Studio which is absolutely stunning. I will be booking some classes too ! 

Lymphatic Drainage Massage 

I had a Lymphatic drainage massage with Christina last week and wanted to let you know what a fabulous experience it was.  Christina talked through everything that was going to happen and made me feel very relaxed.  The actual massage itself was amazing and I have already felt the positive effects of it having now regained almost 100% movement in my arm.  I shall certainly be returning to have another massage with Christina.  Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Yoga Class 

Enjoyed a brilliant Yoga session at the Clinic. A beautiful space to unwind and stretch. Professional instructor who explained each move with any considerations needed. Would highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend Abbie enough! I have been having lash lifts done for a good few years now but never had a better result than the last time with Abbie. Won’t be going anywhere else! Thank you again and can’t wait for more treatments

A truly unique and special place - NOVA Wellness Clinic has impeccable style and the ambiance was super relaxing. Kara was an exceptionally knowledgeable, kind and patient yoga instructor for my first yoga experience. I’m definitely coming back. 

Waxing

I got my eyebrows and top lip waxed by Abbie last week. I have to say after a bad previous experience with a different salon, I was put off from having my eyebrows done for months! However Abbie was so professional and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. I absolutely love my eyebrows- she did exactly what I asked her for. I will be back 100%! Looking forward to trying the lash lift too !!

Contouring Face Lift Massage 

Last week I had a Contouring Face Lift Massage with Cristina at NOVA Wellness Clinic in Lyndhurst. Afterwords, my skin looked better hydrated and left plumper and more toned. I also had a gentle tingling sensation in my cheeks which lasted for nearly two days following the treatment. Now a week later, I am still very much aware of the effects of this wonderful, relaxing and rejuvenating massage and would throughly recommend it. Thank you NOVA, I will definitely book again.
