Service Description

Move slowly, and indulge in the stretch, lingering a little longer to receive the full benefits of the stretch. This class is a beautiful entryway to a meditative mind. We will practice breathwork, restorative yoga, and a relaxing guided meditation. Towards the end of the class, we will take a moment to journal on the theme of the class.

Cancellation Policy

We require full payment when booking the class. Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of the booking.
